Planning the test around a University of Glasgow application

The English test is the only part of this application that is entirely within your control and entirely on your own schedule, which makes it the wrong thing to leave until last — and the thing most applicants leave until last.

• Work backwards from the deadline, not forwards from today. University of Glasgow's typical deadline is Rolling. • Do not book on a good practice day. Book when you are hitting the target consistently, including in your weakest section. A single strong mock is noise; three in a row is a signal.
