Planning the test around a Boston University application

The English test is the only part of this application that is entirely within your control and entirely on your own schedule, which makes it the wrong thing to leave until last — and the thing most applicants leave until last.

• Work backwards from the deadline, not forwards from today. Boston University's typical deadline is Rolling (varies by program).
